亨加海滩(也被称为贝瑟尔斯海滩)是一个巨大的, 位于奥克兰中心西北约30公里处的一片暗沙.

美丽的海滩与流入塔斯曼海波涛汹涌的怀塔克雷河河口相接.  游客可以从停车场进入海滩，沿着怀塔克雷河走一小段路到海滩.

1976年，新西兰地理委员会将海滩的名称从贝塞尔海滩改为特亨加海滩.  特亨加的Māori这个名字的意思是沙子，最初被用于更广泛的怀塔克雷河谷下游地区.

这个海滩是奥克兰四个受欢迎的海滩之一 west coast along with Piha, Muriwai and Karekare.  海滩的上镜品质意味着它在许多电视节目中都有特写，包括西娜:战士公主.
